Telecom Lead Qualification Agent
WhatsApp agent that qualifies people interested in home internet and phone plans: it checks real service coverage for their address, classifies the request, quotes plans and records the lead in a small CRM.
Architecture
Tool-calling loop defined once and run against Claude or a second provider through OpenRouter. Addresses are geocoded and tested against fiber, copper and wireless coverage polygons. Prices always come from the database, never from the prompt. Uploaded ID and proof-of-address images are classified, read with a vision model and matched to the lead. Includes a WhatsApp-style simulator, a lead pipeline with an audit timeline, a catalog admin and a voice-call test.
