Home Seller Triage Agent
WhatsApp triage for people selling a home. From the first message it routes the seller to an instant offer, a brokerage partner or follow-up, and replies with a fee breakdown as a Spanish voice note in about 30 seconds.
Architecture
Claude extracts the property details and classifies the seller, rules pick the route and compute the fees, and ElevenLabs renders the reply as audio. Supabase stores leads and audio with row-level security. An operator view shows the agent's trace as a node graph and plots properties on a map, with Slack notifications, per-IP rate limiting and a mock mode for demos.
