Rental Move-out Inspection

Tablet app for handing back a rented home: it compares move-in and move-out photos of each area side by side, writes an AI comparison for each one and exports a report.

Architecture

Before-and-after slider per area, Claude vision comments on what changed, SQLite storage, and a service worker with an IndexedDB queue so photos can be taken offline. The final report is generated as a Word document.
