Meeting Action Agent
Meeting agent that proposes actions from what it hears (tasks, follow-ups, draft messages, documents, lookups), each with the quote it came from, and runs the ones you approve as background jobs.
Architecture
Live transcription with speaker labels on two audio streams feeds a proposal loop every 45 seconds, using structured outputs with a fallback provider. A Next.js workspace built with CopilotKit shows proposals as approval cards over shared state. Approved actions run as durable Trigger.dev jobs that wait for the approval, write to a workspace app through an MCP connector and cite their web lookups. An optional local model screens outbound text for prompt injection.
